EIRENE welcomes people of all faiths and worldviews. In particular, EIRENE invites applications from people who have experienced racism or other forms of discrimination and have developed an anti-discrimination approach as a result.
EIRENE is keen to improve those skills which are currently lacking or poorly developed in our organisation, in order to develop anti-racist visions, run anti-racist programmes, and combat racism generally. The focus on overcoming racism does not imply a devaluation of other forms of discrimination. Rather, it is to be seen as the first step towards becoming an organisation which is sensitive to discrimination.
We make safe spaces for sharing and empowerment available to employees who have experienced racism.
