Wir möchten die Grundprinzipien des Konsens spürbar/erlebbar machen und tun dies mit einer kreativen Übung. Diese findet in Kleingruppen statt und dauert den ganzen Workshop.
Es wird ruhig, bunt (mit Stiften und Kreiden) und ist erst ein Ausprobieren und dann drüber gemeinsam nachdenken.

Seit Januar 2026 gibt es neue gesetzliche Regelungen für den Wehrdienst. Der deutliche Aufwuchs der Truppe soll die Kriegstüchtigkeit Deutschlands genauso steigern wie die enormen Investitionen in Rüstung. Nicht so Dein Weg? Dann setze Dich mit Kriegsdienstverweigerung (KDV) auseinander - im Workshop mit Anthea, die an einer KDV-Fortbildung mitwirkt und Verweigernde berät.

Der Workshop beschäftigt sich mit der Bedeutung von Gendergerechtigkeit bei EIRENE und beleuchtet, warum das Thema für die Organisation eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Im Fokus stehen die Repräsentation Frauen in Führungspositionen. Der Workshop wird durch die Perspektive von Liz, einer bolivianischen Freiwilligen, die bei UTAMARA ihren Freiwilligendienst absolviert, ergänzt. Darüber hinaus wird dargestellt, welche Maßnahmen und Entwicklungen es bei EIRENE bereits gibt, etwa im Rahmen der Gender-Richtlinie und des Grundsatzpapiers. Abschließend werden zentrale Erkenntnisse und Impulse gesammelt, die insb. für das Grundsatzpapier eine Rolle spielen sollen.

EIRENE entscheidet mitunter im Konsens.
Wir beschäftigen uns in diesem Workshop mit dem Konsensverfahren (Input zum Kennenlernen und auffrischen) und mit der Praxis von Konsensentscheidungen bei EIRENE (Input und Gespräch über Erfahrungen und Konsens als Haltung).

"Rassismus ist eine Gesamtheit von Ideen und Praktiken, die alle Aspekte unserer Realität durchdringt – von der Politik bis zur Liebe. Er beeinflusst unsere Gedanken darüber, welchen Platz wir als Individuen in der Gesellschaft einnehmen und welchen Platz die anderen haben, wer vom Staat geschützt werden sollte und wer nicht, wer zum Bestimmen geboren ist und wer nur zum Arbeiten, bishin zu der Frage, wer schön und wer hässlich ist. Diese strukturelle Dimension des Rassismus ist die tiefgreifendste und auch die am schwierigsten anzuklagende, weil es keine individuelle Verantwortung für diese komplexe Gesamtheit gibt." Der Rassismuskritische Veränderungsprozess bei EIRENE hat auch den Kommunikationsbereich geprägt und Veränderung in der Bildsprache in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und im Fundraising geführt. In diesem Workshop wollen wir an konkreten Beispielen unsere Erkenntnisse zeigen und gemeinsam in Austausch gehen.

Ein interaktiver Workshop für alle – mit oder ohne Vorwissen.

We want to make the basic principles of consensus tangible and experiential, and we’ll do this through a creative exercise. This will take place in small groups and will run throughout the workshop.
It will be a quiet, colourful session (using pens and chalk), starting with a bit of experimentation and then moving on to reflecting on it together.

The significant expansion of the armed forces is intended to boost Germany’s combat readiness just as much as the enormous investments in armaments. Not your cup of tea? Then explore conscientious objection (CO) – in a workshop with Anthea, who is involved in CO training and advises objectors.

The workshop explores the importance of gender equality at EIRENE and highlights why the issue plays a central role for the organisation. The focus is on the representation of women in leadership positions. The workshop is complemented by the perspective of Liz, a Bolivian volunteer completing her voluntary service at UTAMARA. Furthermore, it outlines the measures and developments already in place at EIRENE, such as those within the framework of the gender policy and the policy paper. Finally, key insights and ideas will be gathered, which are intended to play a role particularly in the policy paper.

In this workshop, we will explore the consensus process (an introduction to get to know it and refresh your knowledge) and the practice of consensus decision-making at EIRENE (input and discussion about experiences and consensus as an attitude).

The anti-racist process of change at EIRENE has also shaped our communications and led to changes in the visual language used in our public relations and fundraising work. In this workshop, we want to illustrate our findings using concrete examples and engage in a joint discussion.

La importante ampliación de las fuerzas armadas tiene por objeto reforzar la capacidad operativa de Alemania, al igual que las enormes inversiones en armamento. El taller analiza la importancia de la igualdad de género en EIRENE y destaca por qué esta cuestión constituye un aspecto fundamental para la organización. Se centra especialmente en la representación de las mujeres en puestos de liderazgo. El taller se complementa con la perspectiva de Liz, una voluntaria boliviana que está realizando su servicio voluntario en UTAMARA. Además, se describen las medidas y los avances ya puestos en marcha en EIRENE, como los que se enmarcan en la política de género y el documento de orientación. Para concluir, se recopilarán las principales conclusiones e ideas que deberán tenerse en cuenta, especialmente para el documento de principios de EIRENE.

El racismo es un conjunto de ideas y prácticas que impregna todos los aspectos de nuestra realidad, desde la política hasta el amor. Influye en nuestra forma de pensar sobre el lugar que ocupamos como individuos en la sociedad y el lugar que ocupan los demás, en quién debe ser protegido por el Estado y quién no, en quién nace para gobernar y quién solo para trabajar, hasta llegar a la cuestión de quién es bonito y quién feo.
Esta dimensión estructural del racismo es la más profunda y también la más difícil de cuestionar, porque no existe una responsabilidad individual ante este complejo conjunto. De la introducción a la revista especial de EIRENE «Superar el racismo juntos», de Carmen Ibáñez.
El proceso antirracista de cambio en EIRENE también ha marcado nuestra comunicación y ha dado lugar a cambios en el lenguaje visual utilizado en nuestro trabajo de relaciones públicas y recaudación de fondos. En este taller queremos ilustrar nuestras conclusiones con ejemplos concretos y entablar un debate conjunto.

Un taller interactivo para todos, con o sin conocimientos previos.
